2. Services Provided

Trusted Credit Advisors offers credit counseling, debt validation, and credit improvement services. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All services are provided based on the information you supply to us.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are fully able to enter into a legal agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be communicated before initiating any service. You agree to pay all fees as specified and on time. Payment methods accepted include Credit/Debit and ACH transferring. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

6. Dispute Process and Limitations

We follow a structured dispute process to validate debts and correct inaccuracies in your credit profile. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on various factors, including the accuracy of information provided and responses from third-party entities.

7. Use of Information

By using our services, you consent to the use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third parties only as necessary to fulfill the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trusted Credit Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable. For subscription services, please provide 5 days’ written notice of cancellation.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia/USA  without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
